The main activity of this fund is to provide regular grants to both public and charitable organizations, Bar initiative groups or even individuals to accelerate the solution of the most urgent and priority problems of the Bar community.
Projects implemented by the foundation:
– Development of effective bodies of self-organization of the population – house (street) committees: bodies of self-organization of the population, such as street, block and house committees, allow residents in the local community to significantly improve their living conditions through a representative body in cooperation with the local council. By prior agreement with the Barska ATC, clear terms of cooperation are defined, and openness and understanding between all parties are formed through co-financing, constant information and rapid dissemination of information.
– ecology: the distribution of solid waste collection and its popularization among local youth was introduced; – youth bank of initiatives: strategic focus of active youth activities in cooperation with local authorities through grant activities and professional fundraising
– development of volunteerism: volunteer groups that constantly “keep their finger on the pulse” and do their best to help residents in need or support various social projects.
In the process of fundraising, the community of the Bar district identifies the most pressing needs of local residents, encourages charitable donations, and accumulates certain funds that are later provided in the form of grants to implement local initiatives to address priority social issues.
