The information portal funding-lc.info was created to educate the public on the establishment, operation and transparency control of various funds of territorial communities in Ukraine. The author, Andriy Dubovyk, a PhD student at the Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance of Lutsk National Technical University (https://orcid.org/0009-0006-4025-3434), has collected all the necessary information to help local community specialists quickly understand this topic and create a suitable fund to finance community development priorities. Here you can find a practical guide, the necessary regulatory framework, typical constituent documents for establishing funds, a list of contacts of international donors and successful examples of local community funding.
In the author’s opinion, the portal is currently quite relevant, especially given the fact that the topic of community funding in our country has not been researched much and is developing almost spontaneously. In addition, community funding will definitely become extremely important in the post-war period, when the issue of restoring normal life in Ukrainian communities, especially those affected by the hostilities, will arise.
