The Law was adopted with the aim of equal protection of the rights and interests of investment entities of any form of ownership, in addition, the law is aimed at providing favorable conditions for the growth of investment in the economy of the state and the development of international cooperation in the investment sphere.
In the context of funding by territorial communities, this law regulates the process of financing community development projects or programs.
